You teach VizaFiz
You use the official portal the way you always do. VizaFiz watches how the pages work and learns them, so the checker for your country is built from real pages, not guesses. It only starts after you agree.

How it works
- Add a route for your country in the app.
- Press Open from here. The app opens that country's own official portal in its Chrome window.
- A notice (with a short beep) tells you the route is in Learning mode and asks for your consent ("Main mutafiq hoon").
- You log in, pick your centre and category and fill your form yourself.
- VizaFiz reads each page's structure (no screenshot) and saves it as a numbered step of your session.
- The team reviews the steps and builds the live checker. The country goes live in an app update.
What is captured
- Page address pattern (numbers and ids removed)
- Headings and page titles
- Field labels such as "Passport Number" (the label, not your answer)
- Button names such as "Continue" or "Book"
- Dropdown option lists the portal shows (centres, categories, sub-categories)
- Status and availability wording, e.g. "No appointments available"
Never captured
- Your portal password (password fields are never read)
- Screenshots: none are taken, ever
- Anything you type: the app reads labels, never field values (name, passport number, etc.)
- Your documents or uploaded files
- Which option you selected in a dropdown
- Cookies, login tokens or your browser history
- Pages of any other website or tab
No screenshots are taken, only page structure. It is used only to teach VizaFiz the portal, never sold or shared, and only VizaFiz admins can see it. It is linked to your account id, kept at most 90 days and deleted with your account. To have it deleted sooner, contact us.

Learning mode (no slot alerts yet): Italy (BLS waitlist), United States (ustraveldocs), Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, United Kingdom, Canada (VFS Global), Spain (BLS Spain), Greece (GVCW), Poland (e-Konsulat), France (France-Visas), Czech Republic (embassy), Hungary, Portugal, Australia (ImmiAccount), Saudi Arabia (MOFA e-visa).
Learning mode routes count towards your plan's route limit, like any other route.
Questions
Does VizaFiz click or fill anything in Learning mode?
No. You log in, select options and fill the form yourself. The app only reads the page structure and never clicks, types, selects or submits.
Do I get slot alerts on a Learning mode route?
Not yet. A Learning mode route does not send slot alerts. When the country is learned and its checker is ready, it becomes a live route in an app update.
Is my personal data uploaded?
No. In Learning mode, with your consent, VizaFiz records only the structure of the portal pages you open: page address pattern, title, headings, field labels, button names, dropdown options and status messages. No screenshots are taken, and the values you type (name, passport number, etc.) are never recorded. This structure is used only to teach VizaFiz the portal, never sold or shared, and seen only by VizaFiz admins. It is linked to your account id, kept at most 90 days and deleted with your account. You can ask us to delete it sooner through the contact page.
