AI that shows its proof
Optional AI in the Windows app. It reads new portal pages and helps you pick your route, but it still never clicks, books or submits anything.
Bring your own free key
Add a key from Google Gemini, Groq or OpenRouter (free tiers) or xAI Grok (paid credits). You can also run a local model with Ollama. No key? The app works exactly as before.
Evidence-backed alerts
When a portal shows a page the app has not seen before, your AI must quote the exact sentence from the page. No quote, no alert. It is asked twice, cross-checked with a second model if you added one, and re-checked a minute later.
Keys stay on your PC
Keys are saved in Windows Credential Manager and sent only to the AI provider you chose, never to VizaFiz.
VizaFiz Assistant
Tell it in Roman Urdu or English where, when and why you are travelling. It suggests the matching route and shows the checklist and waiting information from our reviewed knowledge pack, with the source.
Two clear alert levels
"Slot Open" for pages we have confirmed before (loud alarm). "Portal Update" for new pages, with the portal's own words, so you can check it yourself.
What a plan includes
Plans, alerts, and computer limits. An alert is not a booking.
Check intervals
VFS Global checks about every 3 minutes (never faster than 2 minutes). BLS Spain will check at least every 5 minutes when it goes live. Plans do not unlock faster checks. This is not a promise that a slot will be found.
Routes on your plan
Basic watches 1 route, Plus watches up to 3, and VIP Agency watches up to 8.
While the app is running
When the Windows app is available, it checks only while that computer is awake. VizaFiz does not book the slot.
Slot Alerts
Possible availability, verify on the portal. Alerts start once your app is checking. VizaFiz does not reserve the slot.
Multi-Channel Alerts
Email and Telegram once your Windows app is checking a portal. WhatsApp is coming later.
Your computer
Basic and Plus use 1 computer. VIP Agency uses up to 2. Computer changes are limited each 30 days.

When the Windows app is checking, traffic to our servers is protected in transit.
Encrypted Sessions
Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
Device-bound Tokens
Authentication tokens are strictly bound to your specific hardware. They cannot be extracted and used on another machine.
