What does VizaFiz do?

We do not bypass captchas for anyone. If a portal asks for a captcha, you solve it yourself. VizaFiz only sends alerts. Possible availability, verify on the portal. It does not book appointments, fill in forms, or collect passport or ID details. You use VizaFiz with your own portal account and at your own risk. Portals may limit or close accounts that use automated tools. VizaFiz is not responsible for actions taken by any portal. Do not use VizaFiz to harm, overload or break the rules of any portal. We may suspend accounts that do. Possible availability, verify on the portal.

What are the system requirements?

Windows 10/11 64-bit with at least 8 GB RAM (required). 16 GB or more is recommended. VizaFiz will not start on PCs with less than 8 GB RAM, such as 4 GB. Mac and phones are not supported.

Do you book appointments?

Accepted Answer

No. VizaFiz only sends alerts. It never books or submits portal forms. You complete any booking yourself on the official portal.

Do you solve captchas?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not bypass captchas for anyone. If a portal shows a captcha, OTP, or block, the app pauses and you complete it yourself.

Why didn't I get an alert?

Accepted Answer

Common reasons: the route was paused, your plan was inactive, Telegram/email was not connected, the portal showed a captcha or block so checking stopped, or the page never showed a matching slot. Alerts mean possible availability — always verify on the portal.

Can my VFS account get restricted?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Portals may limit logins (VFS publishes 5 logins per 2 hours) or restrict accounts that look automated. VizaFiz counts logins, slows checks, and stops when it sees a block. You use your own account at your own risk.

Does VizaFiz use AI? Do I have to pay for it?

Accepted Answer

It is optional. In the Windows app you can add your own key from Google Gemini, Groq or OpenRouter, which offer free tiers with limits set by each provider, or xAI Grok, which needs paid credits. You can also use a local model with Ollama. Keys stay on your PC in Windows Credential Manager. The AI only reads pages and quotes the exact portal text in its alerts; it never books or submits anything. Without a key the app works as before.

How does the AI avoid false "slot open" alerts?

The AI must pick one label from a fixed list and copy the exact sentence from your portal page that supports it. If that sentence is not on the page, the answer is rejected. It is asked twice, checked by a second model if you added one, and the page is re-checked about a minute later. Loud "Slot Open" alarms are only for pages VizaFiz has confirmed before.

Can I use a local open-source AI model?

Yes. The AI page in the Windows app can set up Ollama and suggest an open-source model, such as Qwen, Llama or Gemma, that fits your PC memory. Local models run on your own computer, so page text does not leave it.

Does AI mean I am guaranteed an appointment?

Accepted Answer

No. Nobody can guarantee an appointment. The AI only helps the app understand new portal pages and explain them to you. You still check and book on the official portal yourself.

Does Learning mode take screenshots of my details?

Accepted Answer

No. In Learning mode, with your consent, VizaFiz records only the structure of the portal pages you open: page address pattern, title, headings, field labels, button names, dropdown options and status messages. No screenshots are taken, and the values you type (name, passport number, etc.) are never recorded. This structure is used only to teach VizaFiz the portal, never sold or shared, and seen only by VizaFiz admins. It is linked to your account id, kept at most 90 days and deleted with your account. You can ask us to delete it sooner through the contact page.

Which portals can I watch?

VizaFiz focuses on VFS Global. BLS Spain is listed as coming soon and cannot be activated yet. We are not offering US/CGI, TLScontact, Gerry’s, or UK portals today.

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

Plans are paid in PKR for 30 days and do not renew automatically. If you ask within 3 days (72 hours) of payment, you get a full refund to the same payment method. After 3 days we still refund duplicate payments, overpayments, underpayments, plans we could not activate, outages caused by us of 3+ days, and discontinued routes. Not getting a slot is not a refund reason.

What are the plans and limits?

Basic is PKR 8,000 for 30 days. It can watch 1 route on 1 computer and includes 1 computer change in that period. Plans do not unlock faster checks. Plus is PKR 18,000 for 30 days. It can watch 3 routes on 1 computer and includes 2 computer changes in that period. Plans do not unlock faster checks. VIP is PKR 35,000 for 30 days. It can watch 8 routes on 2 computers and includes 5 computer changes in that period. Plans do not unlock faster checks. A check is not a promise that a slot will be found, and an alert is not an appointment.

How do computers and device resets work?

Basic allows 1 computer and 1 computer change in each 30-day period. Plus allows 1 computer and 2 computer changes in each 30-day period. VIP allows 2 computers and 5 computer changes in each 30-day period.

How do alerts arrive?

Telegram and email alerts are included on Basic, Plus, VIP. WhatsApp is coming later. Basic does not include WhatsApp when it launches.

Question 17

Can I rely on Telegram alerts in Pakistan?

Accepted Answer

Not on Telegram alone. Independent OONI measurements show Telegram has been blocked on many Pakistani networks since 16 December 2023, and access differs by network. Email alerts work on any connection, so always connect your email too.

Do checks use a VPN or proxy?

Accepted Answer

No. VizaFiz has no VPN, proxy, or stealth features. Checks run from your own computer and home internet.

Why not faster checks?

Accepted Answer

Faster checks risk portal flags. VFS never checks faster than every 2 minutes (about every 3 minutes by default). BLS Spain will be at least every 5 minutes when live. Plans do not buy speed.
