What do these words mean?
- Route
- One visa centre and visa type you want alerts for, for example Islamabad, Netherlands short stay via VFS Global.
- Computer
- The Windows computer or laptop where VizaFiz runs.
- Checking time
- VFS Global checks about every 3 minutes (never faster than 2 minutes). BLS Spain will check at least every 5 minutes when it goes live. Plans do not unlock faster checks. Plans do not unlock faster checks.
- Computer change
- Remove an old computer from your account and link a new one. Each plan allows a few per month.
Computers
How many computers can I use?
Your plan lets you use VizaFiz on 1 Windows computer (VIP: up to 2). The first time you sign in on a computer, it is linked to your account.
I got a new computer. What do I do?
Open your dashboard and press Change computer. This removes the old computer so you can link the new one. Every plan includes a few changes per month: Basic 1, Plus 2, VIP 5.
Why is there a limit?
It keeps your account safe and stops one account from being shared between many people.
What if I used all my changes?
You can change again when your next 30-day period starts, or contact support.
What do I need?
A Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) computer with at least 8 GB RAM (16 GB or more recommended). PCs with less than 8 GB RAM, Mac and phones are not supported.
FAQ
Questions, answered honestly
Is VizaFiz a visa agent?
No. VizaFiz is software only. We are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, VFS Global, BLS/Intiana or CGI, and we do not sell appointments.
Does it book appointments or submit forms?
No. It only sends alerts. You complete any booking or submission yourself on the official portal.
Does it solve captchas?
No. We do not bypass captchas for anyone. If a portal shows a captcha, OTP or block, the app pauses and you complete it yourself.
Where do alerts go?
Telegram (through our website) and email. WhatsApp is coming later.
Does it read my documents?
No. It reads short page text such as headings and status words, never form values, passports or client documents.
Does VizaFiz use AI? Do I have to pay for it?
It is optional. In the Windows app you can add your own key from Google Gemini, Groq or OpenRouter, which offer free tiers with limits set by each provider, or xAI Grok, which needs paid credits. You can also use a local model with Ollama. Keys stay on your PC in Windows Credential Manager. The AI only reads pages and quotes the exact portal text in its alerts; it never books or submits anything. Without a key the app works as before.
