Editorial and fact-check policy

In short: we only publish facts we have checked on official sources, we link those sources, and we never promise a slot, a booking or a visa.

Official sources first

Facts about a portal, embassy or visa rule are checked against the official page (the embassy, the ministry or the appointment provider) when we write or update a guide, and we link that page. If we cannot check a fact, we leave it out.

Alerts, not bookings

VizaFiz is alert software. We never write that it books appointments, logs in for you, solves captchas or gets around portal limits. Where availability is mentioned we say: possible availability, verify on the portal.

No hype

No speed claims, no rankings, no guarantees, no invented numbers, reviews or testimonials.

Not affiliated

VizaFiz is not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, government or appointment provider such as VFS Global, BLS International or CGI. We do not copy their logos, wording or page design.

Not legal advice

Our guides explain how appointment systems work in general. They are not immigration or legal advice. Always follow the official instructions for your case.

Human review

Every guide is reviewed by a person on the VizaFiz team before it is published. Each guide shows the date it was published.

Corrections

Portals change often. If a guide is out of date or wrong, tell us through the contact page and we will check the official source and correct it.

Questions or corrections: contact us.
