VizaFiz is a desktop app that watches the official portal you are already signed in to. It was built so that your passport details and your portal password stay with you.
Never read or sent
- Your portal password. You type it yourself; the app does not read password fields.
- The text you type into a form: the app reads field labels such as "Passport Number", never the value inside the field.
- Your documents and uploaded files.
- Your clicks. The app does not click, fill, select or submit on any portal.
Learning mode: page structure only (with your consent)
In Learning mode, with your consent, VizaFiz records only the structure of the portal pages you open: page address pattern, title, headings, field labels, button names, dropdown options and status messages. No screenshots are taken, and the values you type (name, passport number, etc.) are never recorded. This structure is used only to teach VizaFiz the portal, never sold or shared, and seen only by VizaFiz admins. It is linked to your account id, kept at most 90 days and deleted with your account. You can ask us to delete it sooner through the contact page.
Text lists such as headings and dropdown options are still redacted on your PC, and options that look personal are dropped.
What does reach our server
- For slot and status alerts: the route (country, centre, visa type), the dates the portal showed, and your device id, so we can send your Telegram or email alert.
- For Learning mode, only if you agreed: the redacted page structure of each page (no screenshots), grouped as steps of a session.
- Your account details (email, plan, payment proof) as described in the privacy policy.
Honest limits
Learning mode sends page structure (labels, buttons, options, status wording), not your answers or screenshots. If a portal shows your own name inside a heading, the redaction may not catch every case; if you want your learning data deleted, tell us through the contact page and we will remove it.
