There is no single booking system for visas from Pakistan. Each country chooses its own provider, and the rules change. Below is what the official pages say as of October 2026. Always confirm on the official site before you act.
Who runs appointments
- VFS Global: Austria, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark, Norway (resumed March 2026), Sweden, and biometrics for the United Kingdom and Canada.
- Germany: not VFS. Schengen visas use the embassy and consulate waiting list; national D visas use the Auslandsportal.
- Italy: BLS-Intiana, with a waitlist portal for family reunion and work.
- Spain: BLS-Intiana Spain visa centres.
- Greece: Global Visa Center World (GVCW) online booking since 15 June 2026.
- Poland: the embassy via e-Konsulat; new slots are released on Mondays.
- France: France-Visas online form, with appointments booked at AEG offices.
- United States: ustraveldocs scheduling, interviews in Islamabad and Karachi.
How a VizaFiz alert works
- You sign in to the official portal yourself in the app's Chrome window.
- The app reads the page you have open about every 3 minutes. It never checks faster, and it pauses on any captcha, OTP or block.
- When it sees a possible slot (or the German waiting list opens), you get an alert with the route name (email on every plan, Telegram on paid plans).
- You book yourself on the official portal. VizaFiz does not book, and automatic booking is not offered.
Countries in Learning mode
Countries without a live checker yet are available in Learning mode: you use the portal yourself and the app learns the real pages, so the checker can be built from them. Austria and Germany are live today.
