Every visa portal is different. VFS Global, BLS, GVCW, e-Konsulat and ustraveldocs each use their own pages, words and dropdowns. VizaFiz only turns on a live slot checker for a country once it knows that portal's real pages. Today that is Austria (VFS) and Germany (embassy waiting list and Auslandsportal).
Every other researched country is available as a Learning mode route. That is where you come in.
What you do
- Add a route for the country, for example Netherlands, Greece or the United Kingdom.
- Press "Open from here". The app opens that country's own official portal in its Chrome window (Portugal opens the Portuguese visa portal, the USA opens ustraveldocs, the Netherlands opens VFS for the Netherlands).
- The app shows a short notice with a beep: this route is in Learning mode. You tick "Main mutafiq hoon" to agree that only the page structure is recorded (no screenshots) before the portal opens.
- You log in, choose your centre and category, fill your form and check for dates yourself, exactly as you normally would.
What the app does
- It reads the structure of each page you open: headings, field labels, button names, dropdown option lists, status messages and wording such as "no appointments available".
- It takes no screenshots and never records what you type. Only the page structure is used to learn the portal; it is never sold or shared.
- It numbers the pages as steps of one session, so the full journey from login to the last page can be seen in order.
- It never clicks, types, selects, navigates or submits anything.
What happens next
The VizaFiz team reviews the learned steps and writes the checker for that portal from real pages instead of guesses. When a country is ready, it becomes a live route in an app update, and you get slot or status alerts like Austria and Germany users do today.
Until then, a Learning mode route does not send slot alerts. We say this plainly in the app so nobody waits for an alert that is not coming.
