Connect the chat
- Sign in on the website and open Dashboard > Notifications > Connect Telegram.
- Open the VizaFiz chat in Telegram and send the 8-character code shown on the dashboard.
- The chat confirms, and your alerts arrive in that chat. Send /status to see your plan and routes.
Useful commands
- /routes: your routes, with Pause, Resume and Remove buttons (removing asks you to confirm).
- /addroute: add a route by tapping options allowed by your plan.
- /quiet 23:00-07:00: quiet hours in Pakistan time; /quiet off turns them off.
- /summary on: one short summary each morning; /summary off stops it.
- /renew: plan options with links to checkout on our website. Payment never happens inside Telegram.
- /support followed by your message: sends it to our team; we reply to your account email.
- /language: switch between English and Roman Urdu. /pause and /resume stop or restart alerts in this chat.
Frequently asked questions
Is my Telegram chat linked to anyone else?
No. A chat links to one account with a one-time code, and buttons only work in the chat they were sent to.
How do I disconnect?
Send /unlink in the chat, or disconnect it from the dashboard.
Will I get alerts at night?
Slot alerts always come through. If you set quiet hours, other messages wait until quiet hours end.
