# VizaFiz

VizaFiz is software only. It is not a visa agent and is not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, VFS Global, BLS/Intiana or CGI. It does not book appointments, submit forms, sell appointments, guarantee appointments or solve captchas.

## AI features
- Optional AI-integrated alerts in the Windows app
- Evidence-backed alerts: the AI must quote the exact sentence from the user's portal page, or no alert is sent
- Bring your own key: Google Gemini, Groq or OpenRouter (free tiers, limits set by each provider) or xAI Grok (paid credits)
- Local open-source models through Ollama, such as Qwen, Llama and Gemma
- API keys stay on the user's PC in the secure Windows credential store
- VizaFiz Assistant: describe your trip in Roman Urdu or English to find the matching route and document checklist

- Plans, 30 days, PKR: Basic 8,000 · Plus 18,000 · VIP Agency 35,000
- Alert channels: email and Telegram. WhatsApp is not live yet. Telegram is blocked on many Pakistani networks, so email is always offered.
- Refunds: full refund if requested within 3 days (72 hours) of payment, to the same payment method. Also refunded: duplicate payments, overpayments, underpayments (plan not activated), plans we could not activate, our outages of 3+ days in a row (pro-rata or free days), discontinued routes (unused days). Not refunded: change of mind after 3 days, not getting a slot, portal/embassy changes, user-side issues, accounts suspended for misuse. Plans do not auto-renew.
- Platform: Windows 10/11 64-bit, 8 GB RAM minimum.
- VizaFiz never asks for portal passwords; the user signs in to the portal themselves.
